A window or other frame comprises two angle-sectioned parts 3, 4 and 5, 6, which are assembled in mirror image relationship with two superimposed arms 4, 6 to form a channelsectioned member, the two angle-sectioned parts being adapted for relative rotary movement by longitudinal recessed ribs on one superimposed arm 6 turning on a longitudinal rib 9 on the other arm, the two superimposed arms being drawn together by set screws 12. Whereby the peripheral portions of the panel 1, shown as a double glazed unit, can be sandwiched and held between the two angle-sectioned members 3, 4 and 5, 6, a rib 11 similar to rib 7 may be provided on the arm 6 and these ribs are hollow to receive a screw permitting a corner connection with any other frame member.
