1,037,135. Refuse receptacles. E. W. CARDY. Jan. 15, 1965 [Jan. 31, 1964], No. 4277/64. A detachable receptacle 6 for kitchen waste is carried on the inside of a panel 3, hinged in an aperture in a hinged access door of a sink unit &c., for movement between a position flush with the door and the inclined position shown which is determined by the abutment of a flange 4 with the inside of the door and in which the receptacle is removed for emptying. A projection 7 forms a lid for the receptacle and may form a stop determining the flush position of the panel, the centre of gravity of the moving parts moving across the hinge axis of the panel to urge to limit positions.
