Abstract

1,022,138. Pressure-resisting doors. GASPAK PTY. Ltd. March 25, 1964 [April 10, 1963; Nov. 27, 1963], No. 12661/64. Heading F2P. [Also in Division F1] A pressurized dispenser for liquids or gases is provided with a detachable cap member 17 in which is mounted the discharge valve and discharge passage 5 and orifice 11. A pressure plate 23 is fastened to the cap 17 by screws 28 which are secured to a bridge bar 29. A rod 16 is screwed into the bar 29 to secure the cap member 17 on the container 12 of the dispenser. In an alternative embodiment the bridge bar is replaced by a hollow conical member, the base of which is screwed to the cap 17 and the rod 16 screws into the apex thereof. The dip tube 34 passes through a side opening of the conical member into the interior thereof.
