The liquid fuel may comprise a liquid metal alkyl such as triethyl or tributyl borane, or the mixture of 60 parts of liquid hydrocarbons with 40 parts of tri-ethyl borane. The gaseous fuel may comprise a gaseous metal alkyl such as trimethyl borane, or the mixture of 60 parts of butane with 40 parts of trimethyl borane, or a mixture of phosphine and diphosphine.
