Abstract

[Also in Division F4] A bracket for mounting an accessory lamp on a vehicle comprises a first part carried by the lamp and hinged to a second part about one axis, the second part being U-shaped with two limbs connected by a curved portion having an elongated slot to receive a bolt passing through a third part having a recess to accommodate the third portion. In the form shown, the first part consists of a plate 11 having projecting ears 13 which may be united by a cylindrical part 14. Limbs 15 of a U-shaped element fit on either side of the ears 13, a bolt 17 passing through the ears and the limbs. The base 20 of the U-shaped element has a slot 21 through which passes a bolt 26 securing it to a plate 22 having a curved recess 24 fitting the curve of the base 20.
