Abstract

100,987. Petithory, E. A. April 6, 1916. Hand-combination sets.-The ends of a metal tube 1 connecting the receiver and transmitter of a telephone handset are secured in trough-like recesses in the casings of the receiver and transmitter; white the finger-switch 5 is entirely recessed in the handle 4. The cord 18 passes through a bush 17 having a conical opening which firmly holds the loose end of the cord 18; while the cord leads are brought to terminals 19 on an insulating terminal block 15.
