Abstract

1,009,684. Labels. STOBA A.G. Sept. 24, 1964, No. 38894/64. Heading B8F. [Also in Division B6] A plastics seal or label 1, Fig. 1, has a closed channel 5 for housing a socket 7. A flexible member in the form of a card or string 6 is embedded in the seal and provided at one end with a barbed pin 12. The socket 7 is provided with two lugs 10 to prevent removal from the channel 5, and two inwardly bent side walls 8a which engage the barbs and retain the pin in position once it is inserted into the channel. The seal, instead of being wholly of plastics material, may comprise a plastics frame 3 and an internal cardboard disc 16, Fig. 10, provided with a channel 17. Each side of the disc is covered, on one side with a decorative cover and on the other side with a disc 19 retaining the card 6, Fig. 11.
