100,898. Quertier, E. J., and Quertier, D. N. Jan. 28, 1916. Milk and cream preparations.-A food for infants, approximating in composition to human milk, is prepared by mixing 30 lb. of cream-fat with 100 lb. of cow's milk, drying to a powder, as by spraying on to a heated revolving cylinder, and adding 70 lb. of lactose.
