[Also in Division B3] A frame structure for supporting a reel or coil of wire during unwinding thereof has a central peg or pivot 18 for contacting the ground and about which the frame is rotated on wheels 20, a post 14 for supporting a reel, and pins 13 for alternatively supporting a coil of wire. The frame comprises four radial arms 10 on which the pins 13 are adjustably mounted, and which may be rotated in ball or other bearings about post 14. Wheels 20 may be of the castor type.
