Abstract

Any form of brush having bristle lengths between 2 and 10 mm and diameters between 0,07 and 0,25 mm. may be produced by the processes of electrostatic flocking as in known processes for making pile-surfaced fabrics. Polyamide bristles are preferably secured to a backing by means of a two-component adhesive comprising isocyanate modified polyesters and polyisocyanates in organic solvents.
