Abstract

1,002,785. Lubricators. COLEY BROS. (TOOLS) Ltd. March 9, 1964 [July 24, 1963], No. 29258/63. Addition to 1,000,464. Heading F2A. [Also in Division B3] A modification of the lubricator disclosed in the parent Specification comprises a cupshaped member 13 having an annular oil-pad 19 therein and a plurality of resilient tongues 18 for enagement with a groove 12 on a bush 11 which is axially-movable relative to a pillar 10 of a die-set. The member 13 may also have a plurality of inward projections (Figs. 2, 3, not shown) for engagement with the lower end of the bush to prevent lateral movement of the lubricator. A combined scraper and seal (not shown) may be located between pad 19 and the base of member 13.
