Abstract
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode, electrolyte, and/or a separator plate formed by containing a conductive material-doped ester-cured alkaline phenolic resole resin containing conducting alkaline salts. <P>SOLUTION: The separator plate is suitable for use in a fuel cell having one or more flow fields for guiding a gas flow.
