Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une éprouvette (100) destinée à être soumise à une sollicitation dans un essai en fatigue ou de fissuration dynamique, la sollicitation étant appliquée à une extrémité de l’éprouvette suivant un axe d’allongement de l’éprouvette, le procédé comprenant au moins une étape de dimensionnement comportant les sous-étapes suivantes mises en œuvre par ordinateur : la réception (a1) de paramètres initiaux Pi1-N représentatifs d’une structure géométrique initiale de l’éprouvette et des caractéristiques physiques d’un matériau dans lequel doit être réalisée l’éprouvette ;la détermination (b) d’un champ de déplacements engendré par la sollicitation;le calcul (c) d’un champ de contraintes en fonction du champ de déplacements déterminé ;la vérification (d) de l’homogénéité du champ de contraintes comprenant au moins la mémorisation (e4) de paramètres finaux de dimensionnement Po1-N pour lesquels le champ de contrainte est homogène.
