Abstract
Dispositif pour couper et désherber les bordures des pelouses, gazon et autres surfaces herbacées. L’invention concerne un accessoire adaptable sur débroussailleuse ou autres engins similaires permettant d’entretenir facilement les bordures des espaces verts. Il est constitué d’un rotor de forme conique pourvu en ses 2 extrémités de deux tranchants à dents (1) et (2) reliés par un axe central (13) et de 4 portes couteaux équipés alternativement de lames pourvues de picots (7) et de lames plates (9). Afin d’éviter les effets rebonds par suite de la combinaison vitesse de rotation du rotor et heurt avec une matière inerte (cailloux, pierres ou autre...), en sus de sa forme conique permettant une pénétration progressive dans la terre, ce rotor est fixé sur l’axe (11) d’une tête d’entraînement (6) dont la caractéristique est sa faible fréquence de rotation. Grâce à un mécanisme de couplage d’engrenages (Fig.5) sous-multipliant les révolutions de l’arbre d’entraînement du rotor, l’outil est stable et sécure. De même, pour compléter le volet sécurité, un contrepoids (8) de masse identique au rotor fixé sur l’arbre d’entraînement à l’opposé de ce dernier permet un équilibre et une maîtrise parfaite de l’appareil. Un carter (3) et une jupe (4) anti projections de matières complètent l’arsenal de protection de l’outil tandis que deux écrous enjoliveurs (5) arriment le rotor et le contrepoids à l’axe (11) de la tête d’entraînement. Ce dispositif selon son invention s’inscrit dans un triptyque : facilité d’utilisation, efficacité, gain de temps. Likewise, to complete the safety aspect, a counterweight (8) of identical mass to the rotor fixed on the drive shaft opposite the latter allows balance and perfect control of the device. A casing (3) and a skirt (4) anti-spattering materials complete the tool's protection arsenal while two hubcap nuts (5) secure the rotor and the counterweight to the axis (11) of the head. 'training. Le rotor est de forme conique. Il est constitué de deux disques à dents (1) et (2). Le premier, de gros diamètre (1), permet d’entailler le gazon et de délimiter l’arrête inférieure de la bordure à entretenir ; le second, de diamètre plus petit (2), parallèle au premier et relié à ce dernier par un axe central (13), fixe la limite supérieure de la bande à désherber. Les deux disques à dents en sus d’être fédérés en leurs centres par un axe (13), le sont en leurs extrémités par quatre porte-couteaux équipés alternativement de lames à picots (7) et de lames plates (9). Grâce à cette forme conique et aux tranchants crantés, le dispositif pénètre progressivement dans la terre ce qui limite les effets rebonds lors d’un heurt avec une matière inerte type cailloux, pierres, roches ou débris de fer. Le tout est monté sur l’axe (11) d’une tête d’entraînement (6) équipée d’une vis sans fin (10) dont l’engrenage (15), activé lui-même par l’arbre à cames de l’engin, se voit limitée dans ses révolutions par l’interface d’un pignon (12) réduisant la vitesse de la roue menée (14). Ainsi, à la faveur de ce mécanisme de réduction, dont le choix du rapport dépendra du nombre de tours / minute du moteur originel et de l’objectif de sécurité recherché en lien avec la maîtrise de l’outil lors de son emploi, la puissance opérationnelle du dispositif dans son travail sera préservée. De même, la tête d’entraînement sera équipée d’un contrepoids (8), opposé au rotor, de masse identique à ce dernier et de deux écrous enjoliveurs (5) vissés sur l’axe de rotation (11) retenant ainsi le rotor et le contrepoids. L’ensemble de ces éléments assurera la stabilité de l’outil à pleine vitesse. Enfin un carter antiprojections (3) munie d’une jupe souple (4) parachèvera l’attirail de sécurité de l’appareil.The rotor is conical in shape. It consists of two toothed discs (1) and (2).
