Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un matériau isolant en vrac à base de paille de céréales, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend les étapes :a) broyer la paille pour obtenir une paille défibrée dont les brins présentent une longueur moyenne comprise entre 3 mm et 11 mm et dont le diamètre moyen est compris entre 0,5 mm et 2,5 mm,b) utiliser de la ouate de cellulose et effectuer un démêlage et une aération de ladite ouate de cellulose,c) mélanger la paille défibrée sous a) et la ouate de cellulose préparée sous b), ladite ouate de cellulose introduite dans le mélangeur 3 avant la paille défibrée, avec une proportion en masse comprise et 1 % et 30 %,d) injecter de l’air comprimé pour homogénéiser ledit mélange et pour obtenir un mélange présentant une masse volumique comprise entre 55 kg/m3 et 65 kg/m3, ete) effectuer l’ensachement du matériau isolant ainsi obtenu.
