Machine électrique (10) comprenant une pièce non rotative (12), une pièce rotative (14), au moins un roulement (15) supportant ladite pièce rotative (14) et un balai de mise à la masse en fibres (18) fixé à ladite pièce non rotative (12), ledit roulement (15) comprenant une bague rotative (16) et une bague non rotative (17) et ledit balai de mise à la masse en fibres (18) comprenant un support (18a) fixé à la pièce non rotative (12) et une pluralité de fibres conductrices (19) ayant une première extrémité (19a) fixée audit support (18a) et une deuxième extrémité libre (19b), opposée à ladite première extrémité (19a), s'étendant vers la pièce rotative (14). La machine électrique (10) comprend un manchon conducteur (20) comprenant une base (21) fixée à la pièce rotative (14) ou à la bague rotative (16) du roulement (15) et une couche conductrice (24) recouvrant au moins partiellement une surface (22b) de la base (21), la deuxième extrémité libre (19b) des fibres conductrices (19) du balai de mise à la masse (18) étant en contact avec ladite couche conductrice (24).
