L’invention concerne une machine électrique (10) comprenant une partie stationnaire (12), une partie tournante (14), au moins un roulement (15), et une brosse à fibres de mise à la terre (18). La machine électrique (10) comprend également un manchon conducteur (20) avec une base annulaire (21) formée d’un matériau conducteur électriquement, ladite base annulaire (21) étant fixée à la partie tournante (14) ou à une bague tournante (16) du roulement (15), et un revêtement conducteur (24) à base de nitrure de chrome (CrN) recouvrant au moins partiellement une surface (22b ; 26 ; 28a ; 29a) de ladite base (21), de telle sorte que l’extrémité libre (19b) des fibres (19) est en contact glissant contre ledit revêtement (24) à base de nitrure de chrome.
