La présente invention concerne le design et l’intégration d’un ’’repose pouce’’ sur des bonbonnes plastique qui servent de contenant pour la vente et distribution d’eau. La présente invention concerne le design et l’intégration d’un ’’repose pouce’’ sur des bonbonnes plastique qui servent de contenant pour la vente et distribution d’eau. Cette invention a pour but d’évite le poinçonnement et la déformation locale des contenants et ceux dans le prolongement de la poignée cotée col des bonbonnes 3 et 5 gallons et d’augmenter la rigidité de l’interface bonbonne/poignet lors de son déplacement et sa manutention.The present invention concerns the design and integration of a “thumb rest” on plastic carboys which serve as a container for the sale and distribution of water. Dans le cadre de mon activité d’exploitation et d’embouteillage d’eau de source nous utilisons comme contenant réutilisable des bonbonnes de 5 gallons soufflées à poigné rapportée qui peuvent être de matière différente ; PET, Tritan, ETC… (Cette liste matière n’est pas exhaustive).
Durant l’utilisation de ces contenants nous nous trouvons très souvent confronté au problème de désolidarisation de la poignée induit par la souplesse de la zone d’imbrication de la dite poignée lors du soufflage, amplifié par l’apparition de déformations semi-permanente induite par l’appui du pouce de l’utilisateur lors de la manutention et de la stabilisation du contenant.As part of my spring water exploitation and bottling activity, we use 5-gallon blown carboys with attached handles as reusable containers, which can be of different materials; PET, Tritan, ETC… (This material list is not exhaustive).
