Abstract
HASTE DE RETENÇÃO PARA TAMPA DE GARRAFA DE BEBIDAS. A presente invenção pertence ao setor de indústrias de embalagens e de bebidas, e se refere, mais especificamente, a uma haste fixada a qualquer tipo de tampa, de plástico e/ou metal, incluindo tampas de garrafas de cerveja e refrigerantes que são geralmente descartadas sem cuidado com o meio ambiente, que possibilita que a tampa permaneça sempre presa à embalagem, garantindo a devolução da embalagem completa para reutilização e/ou reciclagem. A invenção proposta é composta por uma haste em formato T onde as extremidades (E1)(E2)(E3) possuem recortes (R) que permitem suas dobras em até 90°, dispondo ainda de um gancho (G) alocado ao centro que possui uma dobra tendo uma forma de U. A tampa (T) com a haste de retenção foi desenvolvida para dificultar que seja retirada da garrafa e lançada aleatoriamente no meio ambiente. A haste de retenção possui duas extremidades (E1)(E2) que ajudam na inserção no recipiente e um gancho de sustentação (G) para manter a tampa (T) aberta e presa na boca (B) da embalagem, enquanto usada.RETENTION ROD FOR BEVERAGE BOTTLE CAP. The present invention belongs to the sector of packaging and beverage industries, and refers, more specifically, to a rod attached to any type of lid, plastic and/or metal, including beer and soft drink bottle lids that are generally discarded without care for the environment, which makes it possible for the cap to always remain attached to the packaging, ensuring the return of the complete packaging for reuse and/or recycling. The proposed invention consists of a T-shaped rod where the ends (E1)(E2)(E3) have cutouts (R) that allow bending up to 90°, also featuring a hook (G) allocated to the center that has a fold having a U-shape. The cap (T) with the retaining rod was designed to make it difficult for it to be removed from the bottle and thrown randomly into the environment. The retaining rod has two ends (E1)(E2) that help with insertion into the container and a support hook (G) to keep the lid (T) open and attached to the mouth (B) of the package while it is in use.
