Abstract

Ce dispositif de confinement (12) d’une puce photonique (10) pour capteur de composés organiques volatils présents dans un fluide comporte un socle (24), comportant un plateau (28) de réception d’une face inférieure (14) de pose de la puce photonique, et un capot (38) posé sur le socle, délimitant avec lui une chambre intérieure (26, 40) de réception d’un fluide à analyser destiné à être au contact d’une face supérieure (16) de la puce photonique. Le capot comporte en outre un conduit de guide d’onde optique (46), débouchant dans la chambre intérieure à distance et en regard d’une extrémité (18) de guide d’onde optique réceptrice de la face supérieure de la puce photonique, et une pluralité (52) de photorécepteurs, débouchant dans la chambre intérieure à distance et en regard d’une pluralité (22) d’extrémités de guides d’ondes optiques émettrices de la face supérieure de la puce photonique.
