L'invention concerne un échangeur (12) de chaleur, notamment de véhicule automobile, comportant un corps (18) d'échange de chaleur dans lequel circule un fluide caloporteur et à travers lequel un flux d'air (A) est destiné à circuler selon une direction transversale et au moins une boîte (22) collectrice dudit fluide caloporteur fixée au corps (18) d'échange de chaleur, la boîte (22) collectrice présentant : - une dimension d'extension longitudinale ; - une face (24) interne de délimitation d'un volume (21) de circulation du fluide caloporteur et une face (26) externe opposée ; caractérisé en ce que la boîte (22) collectrice comporte une paroi (34) de guidage du flux d'air destiné à passer à travers le corps (18) d'échange de chaleur, la paroi (34) faisant saillie transversalement depuis un pied (36) jusqu'à un bord (38) d'extrémité libre, la paroi (34) s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la longueur de la boîte (22) collectrice.
