Abstract

L’invention concerne un panneau de façade (1) composite préfabriqué comportant une paroi de structure (2), des nervures de renfort (3), et des blocs d’élégissement (4) disposés entre les nervures de renfort (3) pour combler les vides. Le panneau est caractérisé en ce que lesdites nervures longitudinales comportent une nervure inférieure de rive (31) alignée avec le bord inférieur (BI) du panneau, et une nervure supérieure décalée (32) avec le bord supérieur (BS) du panneau, les nervures latérales comportent deux nervures latérales d’extrémité (33), chacune décalée avec un des bords latéraux (BL) du panneau. En outre, lesdits blocs d’élégissement comportent un bloc supérieur de rive (41) aligné avec le bord supérieur (BS) du panneau, et deux blocs latéraux de rive (42), chacun aligné avec un des bords latéraux (BL) du panneau, pour créer respectivement des rupteurs de pont thermique par rapport à l’ossature du bâtiment.
