Abstract

L’invention concerne un outil de moulage par injection (1) destiné au moulage par injection d'un capuchon susceptible d'être fixé sur un récipient, de préférence avec une tige (15) formant elle-même un applicateur ou pouvant être équipée d'un tel applicateur, l'outil de moulage par injection (1) (en état prêt pour l'injection) possédant une cavité de moule ou de moule principal (10), qui forme une douille de poignée (12), une section de transition (13) étant rattachée intégralement à sa surface périphérique intérieure, laquelle section se prolongeant dans une tige (15), qui dépasse de la douille de poignée (12), la douille de poignée (12), dans sa zone entre la liaison de la section de transition (13) et son côté frontal libre faisant face à l'extrémité libre de la tige (15), comportant un tablier (16) avec un moyen de fixation (17) agencé sur celui-ci sur le côté intérieur et destiné à la fixation de la douille de poignée sur un récipient, l'outil de moulage par injection (1) comportant un insert côté éjecteur (9) et un insert côté buse (2) amovible destiné au démoulage. Le outil de moulage par injection (1) selon l'invention se caractérise par le fait que l'insert côté buse (2) fournit pour l'essentiel la partie de la cavité de moule principal (10) qui forme la surface périphérique extérieure de la douille de poignée (12) et que l'insert côté éjecteur (9) - le cas échéant au moyen d'une ou de plusieurs glissières guidées par cet insert - fournit pour l'essentiel la partie de la cavité de moule principal (10), qui forme la tige (15), la cavité de moule principal (10), qui forme la douille de poignée, s’étendant jusque dans l'insert côté éjecteur (9).
