Abstract

Dispositif four à pizza et autres produits de « fast-food », alimenté par le réseau électrique domestique, destiné à cuire une pizza fraiche ou congelée dans un temps réduit de l’ordre de deux à trois minutes, et faisant appel à un procédé de cuisson en trois phases, caractérisé par :- une triple source de cuisson : micro-ondes, infrarouge (i) et résistances électriques (g) qui agissent selon les phases du programme de façon consécutive ou simultanée,- un asservissement (e) dédié apte à gérer les trois phases de cuisson,- d’un équipement spécifiques du four pour la cuisson micro-ondes, qui dispose en plus des équipements plus conventionnels connus pour les fours résistances électriques et infrarouges, de : un magnétron (c), au moins un conduit (b) des micro-ondes produites, une pâle agitatrice rotative (e) motorisée (f),d’au moins une trappe d’aération (j) pilotée par l’asservissement de façon à la fermer et rendre étanche l’enceinte du four (a) durant la phase de cuisson par micro-onde, et d’une porte étanche (k).
