Abstract

Procédé de formation d’un revêtement de protection cathodique sur une pièce de turbomachine L’invention concerne un procédé de formation d’un revêtement de protection cathodique sur un substrat (1) formant une pièce de turbomachine, comprenant au moins :- le dépôt sur le substrat de particules (11) de protection cathodique du substrat, ce dépôt étant réalisé par électrophorèse à partir d’un électrolyte organique (10) comprenant au moins lesdites particules, et- la formation d’une matrice inorganique dans une porosité du dépôt de particules ainsi réalisé, comprenant au moins : une imprégnation par une composition d’imprégnation dudit dépôt, un traitement thermique de séchage du dépôt imprégné par la composition d’imprégnation, et une densification par compactage mécanique du dépôt, après le traitement thermique de séchage, afin de rendre ledit dépôt électriquement conducteur.
