Procédé (1) d’estimation du couple électromagnétique d’une machine synchrone à rotor bobiné comprenant : - Une étape de mesure (10) des courants statoriques et rotoriques de ladite machine, - Une étape de définition (11) d’un modèle flux-courant de ladite machine en fonction desdits courants mesurés et de variables d’état comprenant des paramètres d’incertitudes magnétiques eux-mêmes fonction des inductances statoriques, rotoriques et des inductances mutuelles entre le stator et le rotor, - Une étape d’estimation (12) desdites variables d’état dudit modèle par un observateur d’état, - Une étape de calcul (13) dudit flux statorique à partir des variables d’état estimées par ledit observateur d’état, et - Une étape d’estimation (14) du couple électromagnétique en fonction dudit flux statorique calculé.
