Abstract

L’invention consiste en une bague de sécurité placée entre l’about et les mâchoires mobiles. En position de repos, la bague de sécurité est placée de manière à empêcher les mouvements radiaux des mâchoires mobiles, et permet donc le passage de la prise pour approcher le robinet. Lorsque l’about entre en contact avec la face du robinet, celui-ci recule en même temps que la bague de sécurité. Le recul de la bague de sécurité permet alors de libérer le mouvement radial des mâchoires mobiles qui peuvent donc accrocher sur les filets extérieurs du robinet. La douille de verrouillage est guidée axialement dans une rainure du corps HP à l’aide d’une vis placée sur la douille et assistée d’un ressort pour faciliter la tâche de l’opérateur. L’avancement de la douille a alors pour effet de plaquer les mâchoires vers le filetage extérieur du robinet et ainsi bloquer l’ouverture des mâchoires, rendant alors impossible une ouverture inopinée. Un verrouillage de la douille doit être effectué en lui imposant une rotation d’un quart de tour pour, confirmé par une gravure sur la douille. Un troisième niveau de sécurité, nommé autobloquant, se déclenche dès les premiers bars de remplissage. Le robinet a naturellement tendance à vouloir reculer sous l’effet de la pression mais est retenu par les mâchoires. L’angle d’incidence du filetage des mâchoires permet alors un léger glissement vers l’extérieur, et donc de plaquer l’extérieur des mâchoires contre la douille, ce qui a pour effet de bloquer la douille en position. L’opérateur ne peut alors plus actionner la douille intentionnellement ou par erreur. A contrario, si la prise est mal positionnée sur le robinet, la bague de sécurité ne peut pas suffisamment reculer et les mâchoires ne s'accrochent pas sur le robinet. Il est alors impossible d’actionner la douille et donc de bloquer les mâchoires sur le robinet.The invention consists of a safety ring placed between the end piece and the movable jaws. The valve naturally tends to want to move back under the effect of pressure but is held back by the jaws. The angle of incidence of the thread of the jaws then allows a slight sliding outwards, and therefore to press the outside of the jaws against the sleeve, which has the effect of locking the sleeve in position. The operator can then no longer actuate the socket intentionally or by mistake. On the other hand, if the socket is incorrectly positioned on the tap, the safety ring cannot move back sufficiently and the jaws do not catch on the tap. It is then impossible to operate the sleeve and therefore to block the jaws on the valve.
