Description
1- dissoudre à chaud dans un solvant aprotique apolaire une poudre de chaines-aimants préalablement obtenues par réaction entre un ligand organique et un sel métallique ;
2- déposer le mélange par spin-coating sur un substrat solide ;
3- refroidir le mélange à une température de 0 à 5°C ; et
4- laisser revenir le mélange à température ambiante.

Les ligands NITPhOCnH2n+1décrit dans le cadre de la présente description seront désignés dans la suite de la description sans préciser le nombre d’atomes d’hydrogènes de la chaine carbonée linéaire, mais en précisant uniquement le nombre n d’atomes de carbones: NITPhOCn.
NITPhOC6: 486 µL (2,5 mmol, 1 eq.) de 4-(hexyloxy)benzaldéhyde (CAS : 5736-94-7) sont ajoutés à 741 mg (5 mmol, 2 eq.) de 2,3 bis(hydroxyamino) 2,3 diméthylbutane dans du méthanol (50 mL), et agités à température ambiante pendant 1 jour. La solution est séchée et le solide cireux blanc laiteux restant est dissous dans 100 mL de CH2Cl2, mélangé avec une solution aqueuse (100 mL) de NaIO4(641.6 mg, 3 mmol, 1.5 eq.). Le mélange devient immédiatement bleu foncé, la phase organique est lavée plusieurs fois avec de l'eau (5 x 100 mL) et séparée. La solution résultante est concentrée et purifiée par chromatographie flash sur colonne de gel de silice (40-60 µm, 60 Å) éluée avec une solution mixte éther/n-pentane 3/1. Une fraction bleu foncé est recueillie et concentrée sous pression réduite, pour obtenir 149,1 mg (0,448 mmol) d’un solide cristallin bleu.

Dans le cadre de la présente invention les composés désignés par la formule [Tb(hfac)3(NITPhOCn)]m(n = 6, 10, 18) sont obtenus par réaction équimolaire entre [Tb(hfac)3·2H2O] (hfac-= 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoroacetylacetonate) et de NITPhOCn. Dans le cadre de la présente invention les trois polymères de coordinations obtenus [Tb(hfac)3(NITPhOCn)]m(n = 6, 10, 18) seront également désignés de manière plus contractée, en n’indiquant que l’atome métallique et le nombre de carbones de la chaîne linéaire des sous-unités élémentaires du polymère de coordination : TbCn(n = 6, 10, 18). L’indice m étant le nombre d’unités élémentaires dans le polymère de coordination, ayant une valeur considérée comme infinie.
La mise en forme de films minces de gels a été réalisée sur des substrats en silice nettoyés par sonication dans une solution d’éthanol 99.9% (Si/Cz <100>, dopé n, 2-5 Ω.cm, Virginia Semiconductors™). Les gels de TbC6, TbC10et TbC18ont été formés en dissolvant dans len-heptane une poudre formée dans les conditions détaillées ci-dessus à une concentration de 2 mg/mL.

Claims (14)
- Nanotube supramoléculaire comprenant au moins une chaine-aimant comportant un polymère de coordination, ledit polymère de coordination comprenant au moins une chaine macromoléculaire linéaire comportant des unités répétitives contenant au moins un métal, ledit métal étant coordiné par au moins un ligand comprenant au moins une chaine carbonée linéaire, ladite chaine carbonée linéaire comprenant plus de 5 carbones, de préférence la chaine carbonée linéaire comprend 6 à 30 carbones.
- Nanotube supramoléculaire selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la chaine carbonée linéaire comprend 9 à 27 carbones, de préférence 12 à 24 carbones.
- Nanotube supramoléculaire selon l’une des revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le métal de la chaine macromoléculaire linéaire est un élément chimique sélectionné dans la famille des métaux de transition.
- Nanotube supramoléculaire selon l’une des revendication 1 à 3, dans lequel le métal de la chaine macromoléculaire linéaire est sélectionné parmi au moins un des dix-sept éléments appartenant à la famille des terres rares, c’est-à-dire sélectionné parmi Sc, Y, Lu, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm et Yb, de préférence le terbium Tb.
- Nanotube supramoléculaire selon l’une des revendication 1 à 4, dans lequel le nanotube supramoléculaire comprend au moins 7 chaines-aimants, de préférence le nanotube supramoléculaire comprend au moins 10 chaines-aimants.
- Nanotube supramoléculaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel au moins un ligand de la chaine-aimant comprend un groupement radicalaire, de préférence le ligand de la chaine-aimant est un ligand radicalaire sélectionné parmi un ligand N-radicalaire et un ligand O-radicalaire.
- Nanotube supramoléculaire selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le ligand radicalaire comprend le radical nitronyl-nitroxide dit NIT.
- Nanotube supramoléculaire selon l’une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le ligand comporte un groupe aromatique substituée par la chaine carbonée linéaire et par un radical NIT, de préférence le groupe aromatique est un groupe phénoxy (PhO-).
- Métallogel comportant un gel comprenant des nanotubes supramoléculaires selon l’une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les nanotubes comportent des molécules d’un solvant organique aprotique apolaire, de préférence un solvant aliphatique linéaire, le solvant étant de préférence sélectionné parmi au moins len-hexane, len-heptane, len-octane et len-décane, de préférence len-heptane.
- Métallogel selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le gel est obtenu à partir d’une solution comprenant les nanotubes supramoléculaires dissous dans le solvant aprotique apolaire et refroidit jusqu’à atteindre une température comprise entre 0 et 5 °C en maintenant cette température pendant au moins une minute.
- Matériau de stockage d’informations comprenant un substrat recouvert d’un métallogel selon l’une des revendications 9 ou 10.
- Procédé de fabrication du matériau de stockage d’informations selon la revendication 11, comportant une étape de dépôt du métallogel sur le substrat par la technique de spin-coating.
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 12, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
1- dissoudre à chaud dans un solvant aprotique apolaire une poudre de chaines-aimants préalablement obtenues par réaction entre un ligand organique et un sel métallique ;
2- déposer le mélange par spin-coating sur un substrat solide ;
3- refroidir le mélange à une température de 0 à 5°C ; et
4- laisser revenir le mélange à température ambiante. - Dispositif de stockage d’informations comportant
au moins un nanotube supramoléculaire selon l’une des revendication 1 à 8.
