Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication par moulage d'une pièce (10) comportant: - une étape de moulage par injection d'un premier élément (11), dit "peau d'aspect", réalisé dans un premier matériau, notamment un matériau plastique souple, puis - une étape de surmoulage par injection contre une face de contact (12) de la peau d'aspect, d'un deuxième élément, dit "insert", réalisé dans un deuxième matériau, notamment un matériau plastique rigide, - une température de fusion du matériau de l'insert (13) étant plus élevée qu'une température de fusion du matériau de la peau d'aspect (11), de sorte que la face de contact (12) de la peau d'aspect (11) est au moins partiellement refondue lors de l'étape de surmoulage de l’insert (13).
