Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de surmoulage de matériau composite comprenant les étapes suivantes : on fournit une pièce en matériau composite (12) comportant une matrice faite d’un premier matériau polymère et des fibres de renfort ; on fournit un second matériau polymère thermoplastique ; on fournit une source laser adaptée à produire un faisceau laser (14) et on oriente ledit faisceau laser (14) contre la surface (11) de ladite pièce en matériau composite (12) de manière à ablater ledit premier matériau polymère de ladite matrice à ladite surface, tandis que des fibres de renfort (20) sont mises à nu à ladite surface ; et,- on surmoule, dans ledit second matériau polymère, un élément (44) sur ladite surface ablatée de manière à pouvoir relier ensemble ledit élément (44) et ladite pièce en matériau composite (12), tandis que ledit second polymère noie lesdites fibres de renfort mises à nu (20).
