Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de dépolymérisation d’une charge polyester comprenant du PET, comprenant : a) une étape de conditionnement de la charge polyester, pour produire un flux de charge conditionnée ; b) une étape de dépolymérisation du flux de charge conditionnée, à une température comprise entre 150 et 300°C, en présence de diol avec un rapport pondéral entre le diol et le diester de la charge entre 0,3 et 8,0, pour produire un effluent réactionnel ; c) une étape de séparation du diol de l’effluent réactionnel, pour produire au moins un effluent monomères liquide ; d) une étape de séparation de l’effluent monomères liquide en un effluent impuretés lourdes et un effluent monomères pré-purifié ; et e) une étape de purification de l’effluent monomères pré-purifié, comprenant une sous-étape e1) d’adsorption à une température entre 50 et 200°C et une sous-étape e2) de cristallisation, et produisant au moins un effluent monomère diester purifié décoloré.
