Abstract
[1] L’invention appartient au domaine de la cosmétique, notamment du soin, de l’hygiène et/ou du maquillage des matières kératiniques, de préférence des lèvres et/ou de la peau, plus particulièrement à celui des compositions telles que fond de teint, crème solaire, rouge à lèvres ou ombre à paupière. [2] La présente invention se rapporte à une association de matières premières comprenant un alcane ou mélange d’alcanes en C12 à C30, de préférence en C12 à C15, un agent filmogène, et au moins une charge dont la prise d’huile de lin selon la norme EN ISO 787-5 est supérieure à 45 g/100g, à son utilisation dans une composition cosmétique, ladite composition cosmétique étant choisie parmi un fond de teint, une crème solaire, un rouge à lèvres et une ombre à paupière ; à l’utilisation de la composition cosmétique pour le soin, l’hygiène et/ou le maquillage des matières kératiniques, de préférence des cheveux, des lèvres et/ou de la peau, ainsi qu’à un procédé cosmétique de soin, d’hygiène et/ou de maquillage des matières kératiniques, de préférence des lèvres et/ou de la peau. Sa recherche de matières premières et son expertise en formulation la pousse à innover pour créer des formules toujours plus naturelles pour satisfaire le consommateur et créer de la valeur scientifique. Afin de limiter son impact sur l’environnement, la demanderesse mène une démarche d’innovation pour substituer les ingrédients issus de ressources non renouvelables et non facilement biodégradables. Ceci représente un challenge majeur dans certaines catégories cosmétiques, car il est impératif de garantir en parallèle la sécurité, l’efficacité et la sensorialité des produits auprès des consommateurs. Toujours dans une volonté de diminuer l’impact sur l’environnement, il est important pour la demanderesse de se diriger vers des formules qui contiennent un minimum d’eau et génère la production de moins d’emballage (surtout les matières plastiques).The plaintiff is the creator of Botanical Cosmetics and has been promoting natural cosmetics since 1959. On note que le règlement 2018/35 du 10 janvier 2018, publié au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne le 11 janvier, vient modifier l’Annexe XVII du Règlement REACH 1907/2006 afin de limiter la concentration de deux silicones, les D4 et D5 (silicones volatiles) dans les produits cosmétiques à rincer. La nouvelle association, objet de l’invention, résout ainsi ces problèmes et inconvénients de l’art antérieur. De manière surprenante, l’association de ces trois matières premières selon l’invention, dans des compositions cosmétique permet d’obtenir les avantages suivants sur ces dernières :
- tenue améliorée de la composition cosmétique malgré le remplacement de matière synthétique classiques telles que silicones et acrylates ;
- absence de transfert sur la peau, les habits, la vaisselle, ou bien les articles d’hygiène (tel que les masques chirurgicaux) ;
- confort amélioré pour l’utilisateur/rice de la composition cosmétique selon l’invention, dessèchement et sensation de tiraillement de la peau limité ;
- une sensation « seconde peau » après l’application de la composition cosmétique
- une application facilité, plus agréable et glissante des compositions comprenant l’association selon l’invention (retour utilisateurs/rices) ;
- composé de matières d’origine naturelle (hors pigments et autres composés qui n’ont pas d’équivalent naturel) ;
- couvrance élevée ;
- hydratation de la peau améliorée de par une texture qui ne marque pas les zones de sècheresse et qui n’est pas grasse (notamment pour les compositions de type fond de teint, crème solaire) ;

- resistance to water (in particular for compositions of the anhydrous type and W/O and O/W emulsions)).
On entend par alcane en C12à C30, un alcane linéaire ou ramifié dont le nombre total d’atomes de carbone peut être de 12 à 30, de préférence de 12 à 15. Il peut s’agir d’un mélange d’alcanes. L’alcane ou mélange d’alcanes est d’origine naturelle. L’alcane ou mélange d’alcanes peut être choisi parmi l’isododécane, un mélange d’alcanes en C13à C15,du squalane et leurs mélanges. Il peut s’agir de préférence d’un mélange d’alcanes en C13à C15et/ou de l’isododécane et de manière encore préférée du C13-C15alkane et/ou de l’isododécane. Le C13-C15alkane a le numéro CAS = 64742-46-7. Le squalane a le numéro CAS = 111-01-3. 4) Une fois la phase A homogène, sous agitation moyenne à l'IKA, introduire la Phase B à la phase A et laisser sous agitation 5 min ;
5) Enlever la plaque et laisser revenir à température ambiante sous faible agitation ;
6) Ajouter petit à petit la poudre de riz. Veillez à ce que la poudre de riz ne s'agglomère pas au centre de la pale ;
