Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure de qualité d'un soudage résistance par points. Le procédé comprend les étapes d' effectuer un soudage résistance par points comprenant N points de soudage, enregistrer une pluralité de valeurs d'un paramètre de soudage pendant que ledit soudage comprenant N points est effectué, appliquer une transformée en ondelettes à la pluralité de valeurs afin de calculer une pluralité de valeurs transformées, déterminer N jeux de valeurs transformées à partir de la pluralité de valeurs transformées, chaque jeu étant associé à un point de soudage et déterminer la qualité du soudage à la base des N jeux de valeurs transformées. La présente invention comprend aussi un dispositif de soudage résistance par points configuré pour mettre en œuvre ledit procédé. Figure pour l’abrégé : figure 1.
