Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de propulsion manuelle d'engin flottant et plus particulièrement de planche à rame, aussi appelée «stand-up paddle (SUP)» en termes anglo-saxons, que l’on nommera SUP dans le reste du document. Le dispositif comprend principalement un ensemble de tubes qui s’emboitent les uns dans les autres formant un bras de levier, décrivant un chemin particulier partant de devant le pratiquant et allant jusqu’à une extrémité qui est immergée dans l'eau et se termine par une attache de palme(s). Ce bras de levier s’appuie sur une bascule en son point de levier, bascule solidaire d’un support qui est rotatif selon un axe vertical afin de donner la direction de propulsion.
