Abstract

Couvercle de batterie riveté On prévoit un couvercle de batterie riveté qui concerne le domaine technique de l’assemblage d’un couvercle de batterie. Le couvercle de batterie riveté comprend une borne et comprend un bloc de rivetage, un isolateur supérieur en matière plastique, un couvercle supérieur et un isolateur inférieur qui sont empilés successivement. Un premier trou à étages et un deuxième trou à étages sont disposés de manière coaxiale dans le bloc de rivetage et un diamètre du deuxième trou à étages est supérieur à un diamètre du premier trou à étages. Une extrémité emboutie de la borne passe successivement à travers l’isolateur inférieur, le couvercle supérieur, l’isolateur supérieur en matière plastique, le premier trou à étages et le deuxième trou à étages. Une partie de l’extrémité emboutie de la borne faisant saillie à partir du premier trou à étages est emboutie pour former une protubérance située dans le deuxième trou à étages. Selon le couvercle de batterie riveté, le bloc de rivetage est muni additionnellement d’un deuxième trou à étages ayant un diamètre plus grand que le diamètre du premier trou à étages, et la partie de l’extrémité emboutie de la borne faisant saillie à partir du premier trou à étages est emboutie pour former une protubérance située dans le deuxième trou à étages pendant l’installation de sorte que la borne et le bloc de rivetage sont connectés solidement entre. Ainsi, la solidité et la fiabilité de connexion du couvercle de batterie riveté sont améliorées.
