Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de communication entre un système de contrôle aérien et un module de communication ledit procédé de communication comprenant :- une étape de détermination de créneaux temporels d’optimisation environnementale (401, 402, 403, 404, 405) à partir des capacités d’absorption du trafic aérien des différentes régions d’information de vol (301, 302, 303, 304, 305), lesdits créneaux temporels d’optimisation environnementale (401, 402, 403, 404, 405) recouvrant au moins partiellement une ou plusieurs régions d’information de vol, chaque créneau temporel d’optimisation environnementale (401, 402, 403, 404, 405) ayant un niveau d’efficacité associé ; - une étape de négociation, entre le pilote via le module de communication et le système de contrôle aérien, pour négocier des modifications dans le plan de vol en fonction des créneaux temporels d’optimisation environnementale (401, 402, 403, 404, 405) et des niveaux d’optimisation environnementale desdits créneaux temporels d’optimisation environnementale (401, 402, 403, 404, 405).
