Abstract
Un moyen de mesure de fluide (10) pour la détermination d'au moins une propriété caractéristique d'un fluide (F) comprend un tube de mesure (12) présentant un canal de fluide (18) qui est apte à être traversé par le fluide (F) et qui présente un tronçon de mesure (20) dans lequel au moins une zone d'une paroi (22) du tube de mesure est réalisée sous forme de guide d'ondes pour des ondes acoustiques de surface (OW) qui forme une interface avec le fluide (F). Il est prévu au moins deux transducteurs piézoélectriques (24a, 24b, 24c, 24d, 24e) qui sont agencés en contact direct avec une surface extérieure du guide d'ondes, dont l'un sert d'émetteur (24a) pour l’excitation d’ondes acoustiques dans le guide d'ondes et au moins un sert de récepteur (24b, 24c, 24d, 24e) pour la réception d’ondes acoustiques. Des ondes acoustiques excitées par l'émetteur peuvent se propager au moins par tronçons sous forme d’onde de volume (V) à travers le fluide (F), et les transducteurs piézoélectriques (24a, 24b, 24c, 24d, 24e) sont réalisés de manière élastiquement flexible tout en conservant leur fonction en ce que les transducteurs piézoélectriques (24a, 24b, 24c, 24d, 24e) présentent une pluralité d'éléments piézo en forme de bande qui, pris séparément, sont rigides, qui sont agencés de manière parallèle les uns par rapport aux autres et entre lesquels est agencée une couche respective en un matériau élastique.
