Abstract

Ce dispositif de production de jus à partir de fruits ou de légumes entiers, comprend :– un bol (6) de pressage et d’extraction du jus, constitué de deux parties cylindriques non concentriques mais communiquant l’une avec l’autre :. une partie supérieure (10) intégrant une couronne périphérique rotative (12), et. une partie inférieure (11) destinée à recevoir de manière amovible un organe de déstructuration et de pressage du jus, ce dernier étant constitué d’une râpe rotative (17), mue en rotation en phase de déstructuration selon le même sens que la rotation de la couronne rotative (12), et dont la base (19) est constituée d’un tamis positionné au sein de la partie inférieure (11) dudit bol (6), et d’une vis statique (16), faisant fonction de pressoir, dont l’axe de révolution est confondu avec l’axe de révolution de la râpe (17), ladite vis étant pourvue à sa surface périphérique, d’au moins deux filets hélicoïdaux aptes à constituer une vis sans fin. – au moins un compartiment de réception des restes du fruit ou du légume après pressage.
