Abstract

L’invention propose un procédé de pilotage d’une source lumineuse pixélisée pour un véhicule automobile qui est pilotée en tension. Le procédé permet d’éviter des risques d’emballement thermique des pixels élémentaires de la source. En baissant la tension d’alimentation électrique lorsqu’une température seuil, correspondant de préférence à une intensité de courant seuil maximale, est dépassée, le procédé de pilotage permet la protection des jonctions semi-conductrices des pixels de la source lumineuse pixélisée, pour en augmenter la durée de vie et pour éviter des défauts visibles au niveau d’un faisceau projeté sur la route suite à un emballement thermique.
