Abstract
Procédé et dispositif de fabrication d’un disque de turbomachine bi-matière et disque obtenu par ce procédé Un aspect de l’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un disque de turbomachine bi-matière, comportant les opérations suivantes : - fournir un brut d’alésage réalisé dans un premier matériau, - monter le brut d’alésage autour d’un axe de rotation d’un dispositif tournant, - mettre en rotation le brut d’alésage, - projeter un second matériau dans des conditions de solidification générant une microstructure colonnaire ou monocristalline, différent du premier matériau, sur une surface extérieure du brut d’alésage pour obtenir une pièce bi-matière, et - usiner la pièce bi-matière pour obtenir un disque de turbomachine. Un deuxième aspect de l’invention concerne un dispositif de mise en œuvre de ce procédé. Un troisième aspect de l’invention concerne un disque de turbomachine réalisé par ce procédé.
