Abstract
Dispositif de préouverture d’huître et procédé de traitement d’huître Procédé de traitement d’huître ladite huître comprenant une charnière à une extrémité proximale opposée à une extrémité distale, comprenant: Déformer plastiquement ou rompre la charnière par un couteau entrant dans ladite huître par l’extrémité proximale et se déplaçant par rapport à l’huître vers l’extrémité distale, tout en laissant intact les autres parties de l’huître, puis Conditionner ladite huître sous vide alimentaire ou sous gaz neutre, Distribuer ladite huître dans le commerce.
