TITRE DE L’INVENTION : DISPOSITIF ET PROCÉDÉ D’ÉPLUCHAGE DE FRUITS À COQUE, NOTAMMENT DE CHÂTAIGNES Le dispositif (20) d’épluchage de fruits (53) à coque comporte :- un moyen (21) de positionnement des fruits sur un support mobile,- un premier moyen (22) d’exposition des fruits déplacés par le support mobile, à un rayonnement électromagnétique,- au moins un moyen (23) d’incision de la coque de chaque fruit dans toute l’épaisseur de la coque, pendant le déplacement du fruit sur le support mobile,- un deuxième moyen (24) d’exposition des fruits déplacés par le support mobile, à un rayonnement électromagnétique,- un moyen (25) d’exposition des fruits à un rayonnement thermique et- un moyen (26) de séparation de la chair des fruits débarrassés de leur coque, d’une part, des coques, d’autre part.
