Capteur de mesure du flux de rayonnement issu d’ un acc é l é rateur de particules L’invention concerne un capteur de mesure d’un flux de rayonnement généré par un accélérateur de particules, le capteur de mesure comportant deux électrodes (60, 62) délimitant un volume de mesure, les électrodes (60, 62) étant séparées par une distance comprise entre 1 micromètres et 10 micromètres, les électrodes (60, 62) étant reliées par au moins un pilier (64) comportant au moins une partie en matériau isolant.
