Abstract
Dispositif d’ouverture sans contact manuel de robinet mitigeur par vérin pneumatique équipé d’un système d’aide au nettoyage des mains. Il est constitué d’un boitier se fixant sur le levier d’un robinet mitigeur à actionnement vertical et permettant de contrôler l’arrivée d’eau par un vérin pneumatique. L’utilisateur du robinet action une pompe avec son pied. Lorsque la pression augmente dans le vérin pneumatique, celui-ci exerce une force sur le corps du robinet permettant ainsi de soulever le levier. L’eau peut ainsi s’écouler sans que l’utilisateur n’ait besoin de toucher au robinet. De plus, lorsque la pression augmente dans le vérin, celui actionne également un interrupteur qui va alimenter un circuit électrique équipé de voyants lumineux. Ces voyants lumineux vont indiquer à l’utilisateur du robinet la façon à suivre pour se laver les mains suivant les recommandations du gouvernement. L’utilisateur soulève son pied pour couper d’arrivée d’eau. De plus, le bouton du circuit électronique qui alimente les voyants lumineux va s’ouvrir, coupant ainsi l’arrivée électrique. Le dispositif selon l’invention est particulièrement destiné aux foyers ou entreprises disposant de robinet mitigeur non automatiques ou souhaitant en installer. Le dispositif est simple à installer et s’adapte à tous les robinet mitigeurs à actionnement vertical. Ce dispositif permet d’éviter d’avoir à changer un robinet fonctionnel lorsqu’on veut mettre en place un système d’actionnement sans contact. En effet, tous les utilisateurs touchent le levier du robinet, favorisant ainsi la transmission des virus, bactéries ou autre. Le dispositif permet de remédier à ce problème, en effet celui-ci permet d’actionner le robinet sans contact manuel. Cela est possible grâce à tout d’abord à un boitier fixé au levier du robinet mitigeur à actionnement vertical. Ce boitier s’installe facilement sur tous les robinets mitigeurs. Il est équipé d’un vérin qui lorsque la pression augmente dans celui-ci, va actionner un système qui va exercer une force sur le corps du robinet. Cette force va permettre de soulever le levier du robinet, laissant ainsi l’eau s’écouler. La pression arrivant dans ce vérin est rendu possible grâce à un dispositif de piston classique se situant au sol. Ainsi, lorsque l’utilisateur souhaite actionner le robinet, il pousse un levier se situant au sol. Ce levier fait que la pression augmente dans le piston. Celui-ci est relié via un tuyau au vérin du boitier fixé au levier du robinet. La pression augmente donc également dans ce vérin et permet d’exercer une force sur le levier. Lorsque l’utilisateur souhaite stopper l’arrivée d’eau, il n’a qu’à soulever son pied, permettant ainsi de faire diminuer la pression. La diminution de pression permet de réduire la force exercée par le piston.
