Abstract

L’invention concerne une machine tournante (2) comprenant un stator (4), un rotor (6) et une bobine d’excitation (8) fixe par rapport au stator (4), le stator (4) comprenant un support annulaire (10), des dents (16) s’étendant à partir du support annulaire parallèlement un axe de rotation (X-X) de la machine tournante et délimitant une cavité intérieure (18), et un bobinage (14) enroulé autour des dents, le rotor (6) comprenant un arbre (20), un premier et un deuxième manchon (22, 24) chacun réalisé dans un matériau supraconducteur et agencé radialement autour d’une partie périphérique (26) respective de l’arbre (20) et solidaire de ladite partie périphérique, chaque manchon (22, 24) comportant p ouvertures traversantes débouchant sur l’arbre (20), la bobine d’excitation (8) étant agencée radialement autour d’une partie centrale (28) de l’arbre (20), au moins les parties périphériques et la partie centrale de l’arbre étant agencées dans la cavité intérieure (18).
