Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une pièce en matériau composite comportant une zone de renfort par thermocompression d’un premier et d’un second matériaux, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : dépôt du premier matériau (A) dans une première zone (46) d’un moule (40) de forme déterminée de manière à former une première partie (56) de la de la pièce, la première partie étant destinée à former la zone de renfort de la pièce, le premier matériau (A) comprenant des coupons de matériau à fibres longues discontinues ; et dépôt du second matériau (B) dans une deuxième zone (48) du moule de manière à former une seconde partie (58) de la pièce, la deuxième zone du moule étant distincte de la première zone, le second matériau (B) comprenant des coupons de matériau à fibres longues discontinues ou continues et étant différent du premier matériau (A).
