Abstract

Réacteur- échangeur intégré à deux étages de lits fixes et procédé associé L’invention concerne un réacteur-échangeur (1) de synthèse catalytique comprenant un premier réacteur (2) apte à recevoir un premier lit fixe (7) de catalyseur, et un deuxième réacteur (3) apte à recevoir un deuxième lit fixe (11) de catalyseur, le premier réacteur (2) et le deuxième réacteur (3) étant agencés en série, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième réacteur (3) est agencé à l’intérieur du premier réacteur (2) de sorte que le deuxième réacteur (3) soit en contact avec le premier lit fixe (7) de catalyseur du premier réacteur (2) pour ne pas nécessiter de fluide caloporteur pour assurer un échange thermique entre le premier réacteur (2) et le deuxième réacteur (3). La présente invention concerne le domaine des réacteurs catalytiques. Elle trouve pour application particulièrement avantageuse le domaine des réacteurs catalytiques utilisant des catalyseurs solides et dédiés à des réactions exothermiques ou endothermiques.
