Abstract

Utilisation d’une fraction purifiée de fucoïdanes issue d’une algue à titre de principe actif, ladite fraction présentant un poids moléculaire inférieur à 30000 daltons pour la préparation d’une composition topique, pour prévenir la réduction du raccourcissement des télomères dans les fibroblastes humains et provoquer un effet d’augmentation de l’activité de la télomérase dans les kératinocytes humains, les autres ingrédients de la composition étant les ingrédients utilisés classiquement dans le domaine cosmétologique, la fraction purifiée de fucoïdanes représentant entre 0,01 et 5,00% en masse de ladite composition topique.
