Abstract

Dispositif pour créer un « stop goutte » à partir de la capsule d’une bouteille. L’invention concerne un dispositif permettant de créer un système stop goutte sans aucun accessoire, en utilisant simplement la capsule existante prédécoupée en partie supérieure. La capsule est prédécoupée suivant plusieurs méthodes possibles (notamment poinçonnage, réduction de matière, pointillé) et suivant plusieurs formes possibles (notamment ligne brisée, sinusoïde). Lorsque l’utilisateur débouche la bouteille avec un tire-bouchon qu’il visse dans le bouchon en traversant la capsule, la partie centrale de la capsule située au-dessus du bouchon est extraite avec le bouchon. Lors de l’extraction du bouchon, les bords de la capsule qui sont maintenus à la bouteille se redressent pour créer une arête vive et ainsi un système stop goutte. Le dispositif selon l’invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. La capsule est prédécoupée en partie supérieure. Ce découpage permet de déboucher directement la bouteille sans couper la tête de capsule en utilisant un tire-bouchon que l’on visse dans le bouchon en traversant la capsule. En débouchant la bouteille, la partie supérieure de la capsule est retirée avec le bouchon suivant le pré découpage. Les bords supérieurs de la capsule restants en périphérie du goulot réalisent un système stop goutte. En effet ces bords sont redressés par le bouchon quand celui-ci est extrait créant une arête vive qui empêche les gouttes de liquide de couler le long de la bouteille après le versement.
