Abstract

Ce système de brassage est destiné à équiper un bioréacteur, pouvant être mis en œuvre en particulier dans des laiteries-fromageries, des unités de production de pâtes fermentées, des brasseries, des unités de vinification ou encore des unités de fermentation à basse température en milieu aérobie ou anaérobie, notamment des unités de lacto-fermentations à visée de conservation de légumes, des stations de traitement des eaux usées, des bassins de pisciculture avec ou sans régulation de température. Selon l’invention ce système de brassage comprend : - au moins une enceinte de brassage (2,3), de type souple et étanche, - des moyens (4) de réception d’un fluide dit de remplissage, - des moyens (5, 51, 70,71) de transfert du fluide de remplissage, entre les enceintes (2,3) de brassage et les moyens (4) de réception du fluide de remplissage, et d’autre part à faire varier le volume du fluide de remplissage admis dans chaque enceinte de brassage.
